Teaching Philosophy

At the Form Finding Lab, our teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the best engineering solutions arise from the intersection of creativity and rigorous analysis. We encourage our students to explore beyond traditional boundaries, integrating principles of engineering to develop innovative, sustainable designs. Our approach emphasizes hands-on learning, where students engage directly with the physical and computational tools necessary to bring their ideas to life.

We are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives enrich the learning experience. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, we prepare our students to tackle complex real-world challenges. Our goal is to equip the next generation of engineers with the skills and mindset needed to lead in the development of resilient and future-oriented structures.
